Hello
Here is my issue:
I want to share a report from a pro account to another pro account (in trial mode) outside the organization.
I created in Azure directory a new guest user in order to be able to share in powerbi (using the email of the user with a different organization) Then i used the share option of the report towards a user outside of the organization and i selected the email in the list of available user (avaiable as i create it in the AAD). Then the user receives an invitation to connect to the report.
But when clicking on the link powerbi opens itself with a new trial pro account using the same email than the one for which he has already a pro account (also in trial but existing since a few days already). I don't understand why powerbi is creating another account instead of making the report appearing in the 'shared with me' section.
Can anyone help me understanding and/or give me a tip to achieve what i am looking for?
Thank you

Hi @ChristopheE ,
If you are using an ad hoc invitation, add it to your dashboard or report via the share function, or to your application via the access page.
Guest users will receive an email indicating that you have shared the application with them. Guest users must log in using their organizational email address. They will receive a prompt to accept the invitation after logging in. Once logged in, the application will open for the guest user.
To help allow guests to log in to Power BI, provide them with the tenant URL. to find the tenant URL, follow these steps.
1. In the header menu of the Power BI service, select Help (? ) in the Power BI service's header menu, and then select About Power BI.
2. Look for the value next to the tenant URL. Share the tenant URL with the guest users you have allowed.
Guest users using social identities will experience more limitations because of sign-in restrictions.
They can use consumption experiences in the Power BI service through a web browser
They can't use the Power BI Mobile apps
They won't be able to sign in where a work or school account is required.
In short, guest users who are invited temporarily are not really invited to your tenant, which is why the tenant URL mentioned above is needed.

Hope it helps,
