Hi,
I'm very new to Power BI Service, so please be gentle with me. I've been asked to look at upgrading to Gen 2, but I think it's already occured, as I have the option to enable Autoscale (thats a feature of Gen 2 right?).
My question is, how can I confirm we have been upgraded, and how can I find out when it happened.
Any help really appreciated.
JTP
Hi @JackTPickle ,
It is important to note that enabling Advanced Gen2 to take advantage of its updates is done in the Management Portal. Therefore, only global administrators and users with the Power BI Administrator role can access the full management portal.
Therefore, you should contact the appropriate administrator regarding the Gen 2 upgrade.
If the problem is still not resolved, please point it out. Looking forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Henry

Thanks for the reply. Do you know how I can find out when the upgrade happened? It's not something we did manually.
Thanks again for any help.
