Hello,
As a freelance I have created a report for a client and published it to Power BI Service. They gave me some credentials of the company (like name_ext@company.com for external employees) so that I can publish in their workspace and they can access to the report. I have scheduled an automatic refresh.
Now I will leave the job and someone internally will take it over. The client still needs to access to the report on a daily basis.
My question is what will happen with the scheduled refresh? I have entered my credentials to all datasources (Azure Datalake gen 2 and SharePoint files). I guess the refresh will fail. Can we avoid this by using the new guy's credentials or something before I leave? They haven't found the new guy yet.
Thank you
Best regards

The refreshes should theoretically work as long as your credentials are not revoked but you should definitely transition ownership to something more permanent before you leave, if possible. If there isn't a new person yet, you could set up a service account.
