What is max size of data that can be loaded into the power bi bing filled map.

Hello All,

We want to create a map filled visual, which will be based on the ZIPCODE.

My Structure of the GEO_ZIP Table which is getting Loaded is as below

GEO_ID ZIP_CD

There is one more GEO Table which is having parent and child hierarchy and geo id is coming from that particular table.

There is parent and child both having the ZIPCODE

so for example if my country is India which has geo code as 101

and have multiple states lets say S1 -201

S2 -202 with some zipcode

then

I have three records of 101 GEO ID

101 for ITSELF

101 for S1 and 101 for S2 same way other data is mapped as well.

Currently my total no of rows are around 80 k. Also having problem while loading the data it takes too much of time.

Also offlline cache is not working so that we can load the data when internet is not available.

In fact, we not so recommend you to use zip code to create map visual. It is hard to locate and mapping correctly. Please add more region fields to help map visual locate and analysis:
