Hi there, I wonder what happens when a particular user with high demand for data capacity exeeds the 10GB limit in a pro licence while still having plenty of capacity at the tenant level, is it possible to reallocate free capacity to that user?
Suppose I have purchased 10 pro licences within an organization and a user is responsible of providing most of the powerbi report and reach that capactiy... will that user need to use a separate account to keep working on new content? I don´t find that handy while the organization has other accounts with minimal usage. I know you can work with direct query but let that asside for this matter.

My understanding is that the 10GB limit is an individual user limit and the total tenant capacity has no bearing on that limit.

Reallocate free capacity is not possible in Power BI management currently.
