What does power bi premium for Data flows as compare to non premium

Hi, 

Is Power BI premium data flow offering anything extra as compare to non premium. 

If yes what are the differences. 

currently I am trying to connect to my files in window via Gateway but the only authentication we have is for Windows do we have Oauth2 authenticaion in premium which is not available on non premium.

"Dataflows hosted on Premium capacity will support advanced features, such as calculated entities, linked entities, incremental refresh, and more." So seems like rest API using Oauth2 is not supported. As a workaround, you can use power bi desktop instead, you may follow steps in the blog: https://www.progress.com/tutorials/odata/connect-to-odata-from-power-bi-using-oauth2-authentication.

I know that incremental refresh is a premium only feature.
