If all else fails, install a gateway in Personal mode. Before you do that, try:

  • Scheduling refresh with no gateway installed
  • Scheduling a refresh with the gateway installed in Enterprise mode

Hi @Jmatew ,

If your dataset only contains Web data source, then gateway isn't necessary , you may configure schedule refresh to get updated data frequently, see more: : Configure scheduled refresh .

If your dataset not only contains Web data source but also the on premise data source, then it needs to use the gateway, add web data source settings also in Manage Gateway,  and configure schedule refresh, see more: :On-premises data gateway , Add a data sourceConfigure scheduled refresh .

Note that you also need to select Allow user's cloud data sources to refresh through this gateway cluster option Under Gateway Cluster Settings. See: Merge or append on-premises and cloud data sources.
