Web Service Line Chart Error for Some of the Users.

Hello,

I've created a report using PBI Desktop and published it later on.

At the beginning,  everything seemed to work just fine. However, in the past 2 months some users  of the report (about 4 out of 40)cannot see line chart within the report.

Followed is the error appearing on their screen:

I have checked the measure "Running PM", the measure is fine on top of the fact that for the majority of users the visual works just fine.

About the visual - it's basic line chart of sales per year-month.

Hope you can assist me realizing the cause fo this.

The probable reasons could be:

1. The measure is set under Direct query mode, please modify your formula and test again.

2. The permission for these users is different. Did you set RLS?
