Hi,
I'm trying to add a custom data connector to my on-premises data gateway. But I'm getting a error message. The custom data connector is used a Oauth2 authentication. It works fine in PowerBI desktop. But when I try to configure in Power BI service I'm getting this error message

Have you enabled custom connector option on your gateway? if not, please refer to the following document to know more about this: Use custom data connectors with the on-premises data gateway
In addition, you can also take a look at power bi service security to confirm if your connector/scenario meets to the limitations:
