Dashboards are hung in updating. Also when I try to refresh my datasources I'm getting a gateway not accessible error. How do I check on MS health and resolve the gateway issue?

Hi @bsheffer ,
According to your description, here are my suggestions.
1, Dashboards are hung in updating.
Please check if there are too many tiles on the dashboards which causes the problem. You can also check the network conditions and the network cache.
2, When you try to refresh your data sources, you are getting a gateway not accessible error.
Please restarting the gateway and checking that if the data source is connected correctly.
3, Your gateway page says West US, but you are in East US.
Please notice that during the installation of the on-premises data gateway, you can set up the datacenter region that the gateway uses.
If you're already registered for Power BI or Office 365, by default, the datacenter region is the region of the tenant whose services are registered.
Otherwise, the datacenter region might be the closest Azure region to you.
