WABI-NORTH-EUROPE: All reports and dashboards in all work spaces are blank, no errors

Hi 

Today 19-Jun-2019 WABI-NORTH-EUROPE:

All reports and dashboards in all work spaces for our organisations are blank. There is no information about the outcome of scheduled refreshes.  The status for Power BI service is - No known issues: Power BI is running smoothly?

All clients are frustrated. What is going on?

This is a known issue, and it has been submitted to Power bi product team. ICM: 128176204

 Engineers are investigating the issue and are working on a mitigation plan.

Thank you Lin for the feedback.

If the service status was like the one on your screenshot I wouldn't post a question. Unfortunately the reported status was missleading - showing no issues with the service. So our clients assumed that the problem is in our control and demanded quick resolution.

Please make an effort to update the status promptly in case of known issues, not a day or two after.
