Visuals are disappeared while opening from Power BI service

Hi Team,

 

We have created a report in Power BI desktop, when we are sharing the report in to Power BI service and open it from there the visuals are disappeared in the report. Especially chicklet slicer is disappered in attached screenshot and showing below error.

May i know why this visuals are disappering in Power BI service and how we can overcome this issue?

 

Please suggest with a great solution.

Indeed, Microsoft Certified doesn't mean that it was developped by MSFT, That's why the visual is bugging for certain browsers with certain people or machines.

Maybe trying to update browsers or OS could solve the problem, but I would recommend to search for another visual developped by MSFT.

Hi Amine Jerbi,

 

This is a custom Visual imported from market place and also It's a microsoft certified  visual.

This visual name is called Chicklet slicer. One more thing if we share this report with others some people can able to view in their Power BI service. For few people they can able to view it from Google chrome and for some people they can vie it from Edge.

 

So is there any issue with the browser while using Power BI service in diffrent browsers.
