Visual not exporting to PDF

I have a visual, Enlighten Data story, that is not able to export to PDF from Power BI Service. I am able to export to PDF using Power BI Desktop without any issues.

There are some limitations for Export to PDF in Power BI Service, see: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/end-user-pdf#limitations-and-considerations .
