Visio visual loses formatting when published to Power BI service

Hello all, 

I have a problem with my visio visual. It loses color formatting when I publish the report to Power BI service. It works fine in Power BI desktop. 

The used visio file is located in a sharepoint folder.

Appreciate any tips how to get this fixed.

Hi @OskariNi,

If you move these visio files to other locations, did they loading correctly? AFIK, power bi service will block some functions and requests to external resources for security reasons.

In addition, it also can be a compatible issue, you can contact visual author to report this scenario.
