Visio diagram not viewable for other users on the Power BI Cloud--I'm fully licensed

I have a Visio Online Account. My colleague has a Visio Online Account. We both have Power BI Pro. I've made a Visio Diagram and uploaded it to OneDrive. I've granted this other user direct access to the report. I made a Visio Visual and used that shared link. It appears appropriately in my desktop and on the Power BI cloud when I publish.

However, when my colleague attempts to view it it is blank. She can use the direct link and view this in a browser but we can't get her Power BI report to show the visual.

Any help?  Thanks!

What is the permission your colleague have to this report, only view or also can edit? Does she have the read access to the Diagram you uploaded? Does there are any error message shown in the visio visual? Please also verify the following note mentioned in this document: Visio Visual requires third-party cookies for *.sharepoint.com and *.powerbi.com (or respective SharePoint and Power BI domains for your company) to be allowed in the browser being used.
