Hi community,
I'm getting the following message in a gateway I have installed in Virtual Machine. The gateway was working fine after we have updated to the latest version and after some days we got this error:
Virtual Machine is configured correctly but is unreachable due to local network connectivity problems.
The Network Port test return all successful.
Is it safe to restart the gateway?
Should I install and unistall and use recovery keys?

Thanks for your time and responce.
The issue was solved when I tried to create a new recovery key. I got an error message that there are offline powerbi sources and it didn't finish the creation of the new key. I just closed the Gateway App and when I opened it again the gateway was back online.
Hi,
suddenly our gateway is online, and this leads to dozens of refresh failures.
We have updated to the latest version, and everything was working fine.
The error message we are getting is:
Virtual Machine is configured correctly but is unreachable due to local network.
Any help?
1. Please update your gateway version if not already
2. It happens sometine due to network issues
2.1 - Please go ahaed and try restarting the server
2.2 - If 2.1 did not work, uninstal the gateway, delete these folders (if not removed automatically during unistallation
C:\Users\[name]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Enterprise Gateway
C:\Program Files\Power BI Enterprise Gateway
then re install and recoved using recovery key.
