View On premise gateway setting window from the server

Hi Guys,

The On-premise gateway was installed in a Server using credentials of a service account. Now I got access to the server, but when I click on the On-premise Gateway application, it does not show me the settings and just shows the message "the gateway is not running on your computer". My question is can only the service account see the Gateway setting since it was used to install it. Is there anyway for me also to see the setting window from the server?

HI @Anonymous,

I'd like to suggest you to open service to check on-premise gateway service if it stopped.

In addition, you can also refer to following link to check local logs if it install failed.

Thanks for getting back to me.  The gateway service is running and I can view it when logging in as Service account, but I cannot when I log into the gateway server using my logging id (I have read access to the server).  Any help is appreciated.

HI @Anonymous,

I guess your issue may related to your account permission, have you test with full permission account ?
