Using flow to email Power BI views

Hello all,

I have a Power BI report that I use to track and update team members of the status of their projects.  I would like to create a flow that slices the report by team member name and then emails them their own view of the report once a week.

Is it possible to interact with Power BI through Flow like this?

Thanks,

Travis

Hi there

That might be possible if you had to use the Filter URL to filter on the reports based on the person.
Whilst the above might work, please remember that if a person got the URL they could change it, so it would not be 100% secure.

Another option would be to subscribe the users to the reports with the filters in place?
