Users unable to download published Apps.

I have an existing App with 2 reports, and shared with a group of users.

Since this morning when I share the App URL, users can not seem to download it. 

The screen displays  'downloading Almost Done now' but it runs forever.

Is there something wrong with the service today?  4 Oct 11h30 AM CET.

Also this morning when re-published the App, it trowed an error.   Trying for the 3rd time it succeeded.

Hi @wvanpeel

Normally when a user connects to an App, it should load very quickly.

Can I ask you to try instead of sending them the link, ask a user to click on Apps in the right hand pane, then click on "Get more apps from the Microsoft AppSource" And see if that loads it quicker.
