Users cannot view any reports in shared with me

Hello, 

My organization uses premium power bi and everyone is a pro user. We have recently started experiencing some issues over reports that were shared with users months ago.  We have a number of users from different office groups seeing blank when they click on shared with me. Whereas, up until yesterday, they were able to view all the datasets. How can I help them out here? Please let me know.

Could you confirm that they still have Power BI Pro licenses?

You can ask the user to click on the top right hand side and click on their name as shown with my example below

Yes they do. We just got to know that their account was taken off of the group we had used by some mistake. It has been fixed. Thank you
