Users access to paginated reports

Hi,

I have created a paganiated report visdual on a report and published to the app.

I have given access to the app to serval users and they are unable to see the paganated visdual.  They get an error message "Cant display details" and when they click on the see details it says "Sorry we couldnt find that report" "It may have been deleted or you may not have access to it"

Anyone have any ideas whats going on?

Is this report on a Premium Capacity or in a Premium Per User (PPU) workspace? If it's in a PPU workspace every user that wants to view the report will also require a PPU license. If it's in a premium capacity have you double checked if the users actually do have access? Can they run the report if you give them a link directly to it?
