User unable to view any PowerBi Reports in Teams - Only shows white screen

As stated in the title, user is able to view the same  powerBI report in the web version and has all permissions needed, but cannot view any of the same reports that are displayed in a Team.

It doesn't seem to be a permission issue because they have been able to access them before and can view them in the web version.

Troubleshooting attempts:

• Republishing out PowerBI reports
• Restarting PC
• Signing out/in to teams

I tested it, I can share the report to the users in teams normally. Because this post has been published for a few days, Do you still have problems? Does the user you share have a pro licence? Or exist in premium capacity? free users can't view reports.

Yes the user is still having problems. Liscensing isn't the problem because they can view the reports in the web, but not in teams. It just loads as a white screen in Teams.

I'm thinking it's more of a Teams problem then a PowerBI.

Did you update the version of team? Since here is powerbi forum, it’s hard to know about issues in teams.
