User cannot access data on Azure Analysis Services - Couldn't load the data for this visual

I have Azure Analysis Services. I have created Role. And added users with full admin rights.

I have Power BI Dashboard on Power BI Services. I have shared Dashboards to my colleagues.

I can succesfully read Dashboard as admin user. However the team members cannot read visualizations.

@Anonymous , I am facing the exact same issue. Were you able to resolve it?

First step should be to use SQL Server profiler to see what, if anything, is going on at SSAS side.

Hi @Anonymous ,

It seems that you're using Row level security in Power BI Service.

Which connection do you use when get data in Power BI Desktop? Import or Connect live?

Normally, this error may be caused by your RLS by my research.

Please check if you have created the role corretly in Azure AS and did they could have access to the data in Azure AS?

As I have no test environment for Azure Analysis Service, if you still have this issue, you'd better create a support ticket to get the further help.

Best Regards,

Cherry

Actually I do not need role level security yet. All users can see same reports and data. Please advice how to share model to end-users. I have connected Power BI intially as direct connect using my domain account user, whis is same user who have created Analysis Services instance. This model is deployed from VS to Azure Analysis Services. Power BI is shared to end-users, but they cannot get connected to visuals.
