Use Premium capacity by another PowerBI account

Hello, 

I didn't find any docs on this, but is that possible to have such a set up?

1) We have Azure Power BI Embedded capacity activated in one of the tenants under az_admin@aaa.com account. AD for aaa.com is also set-up there.

2) At the same time we have Power BI Pro license for bpi@aaa.com account.

How can we make bpi@aaa.com able to use Embedded capacity? They are the same domain, but different accs.

Hi @laggerok19 ,

If you want to assign embeded capacity to workspaceA created in bpi@aaa.com , please let  bpi@aaa.com add az_admin@aaa.com as Admin role or Member role to workspaceA.

Then az_admin@aaa.com could put workspaceA to embeded capacity.

Of course, it's granted.

My question is how Azure Embedded account az_admin@aaa.com knows that bpi@aaa.com can access Embedded capacity (i.e. save images from API etc..)?

From my understanding the user bpi@aaa.com should then be granted access to the report/dashboard?
