Use Power BI to advise when to upgrade Office 365 user to save money by consolidating licenses

Hello All

Firstly this is my first posting, so i appologies now if this is not in teh correct message board.

I want to know if i can use Power BI to analyse office 365 users assigned licenses and show where i can save money by upgrading to a higher subsciption license.

example:

user has following subscriptions:

• Buisness Essentials
• OneDrive Plan 2
• Office 365 Business
• Azure Active Directory Premium P2

Total of £26

I know that the cheaper option is to switch to switch the user to teh following:

• E3
• Azure Active Directory Premium P2

Total £24.40

Can Power BI be used to analys all our users?
