Use DAX to set Dynamic title works in Power BI Desktop but not available in Power BI Service

Hello, I use the visulization Card to dispay a dynamic date, the date from a column with DAX "FORMAT(TODAY()-1,"dd")", and this works in the Power BI Desktop report, but after I published to Power BI service, the date is not changed any more, just stop on the publishing date. Does anyone know why?

Find the reason, need to refresh the report then the data in the Dashboard will be refreshed. so it is not the fomular issue.
