Hi, We want to get usage details for the Power BI premium capacities as a report in regular intervals. Is it possible to configure the reports and send it in emails?
Thanks,
Shinu

Hi @Shinu,
Based on my research, it's not supported to get this kind of data then create a Power BI report. As Power BI doesn't expose this API, see: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt147898.aspx

Hi @Shinu,
Based on my research, you can try use Power BI audit log, we need to export audit information to a .csv file, then in Power BI desktop, create a report get data from the downloaded .csv file. After publish to service, we can refresh and create a subscribe to send email to the report owner. But we need to download .csv file to replace old one in regular intervals.
Another option is report/dashboard usage metrics in a app workspace with Premium capacity assigned. This is on dashboard/report level and provide information that how dashboard/report is used in the organization. After we generate a new dashboard/report, we can create a subscribe as well. See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-usage-metrics

Thanks for the update Qiuyun.
The query was more on the usage of the premium capacity where capacity admins can analyse them. PFB, Is there a way get below details as a report?
Thanks
