Usage metrics is not tracking the Login details

HI Team, 

We are facing one  issue related to Capturing information of Login details in Usage metrics. It looks like Login details are not capturing information for specific user even multiple logins are there . I understood there is a latency of 1 day even after that also details are not capturing. 

Has anyone encountered same issue ? Is there any workaround to resolve this?
