Usage Metric Report - Blank page views

In the usage metrics report, there are users with Report Open data but blank Page Views. What could be causing these?

Hi @Cyiin ,

If the report has more than 1 page, slice the report by the page(s) that was viewed. If you see a list option for "Blank," that means a report page was recently added (within 24 hours the actual name of the new page appears in the slicer list) and/or report pages have been deleted. "Blank" captures these types of situations.

Hi @v-deddai1-msft ,

Thanks for looking into this. Unfortunately, what you described doesn't seem to be the case here. There's no "Blank" in the list of pages. We haven't made any changes in the report recently so that is expected. Also, the user with blank page views has been constantly using the report (his report views are rising daily), but his page views is still blank.

Any idea what else this might be?
