Upload Excel File to Service - Share in Power BI

Excel says you can share in Power BI once you Upload your Excel file (see in red box below).  Once the file is uploaded and I access it in PBI Service, I can't find any options that allow me to share it with other PBI users on the Service.  Am I missing something?

The share is in the object page, UNLESS you're using Chrome. In Chrome, it's hidden.
