Updating dashboards

Hi , I have a created a dashboard from one of my key reports in orde to get a snapshot of data which is clear to view on a mobile device. When I update my report on Power BI Desktop and publish it the Dashboard does not automatically update for some reason .  I've read through a few of the other posts and there's a few conflicting views so I'm not sure whether it is something I am doing wrong on it is not yet a feature of Power BI service. I do have a date filter in the main report which supplies the dashbaord and this gets updated every day.

Any help much appreciated .

Rgds

Richard

Hi @Richard76

Based on my test, i cannot reproduce the same issue. It seems there's a delay in updating. You may try to refresh the webpage. The second way, I would suggest you republish report as different name and test again. Below is the similar post for your reference.

Thanks Cherie .

It looks as if it's just the cards that are not updating . I have a matrix table on the dashboard which updates fine but the cards just stay static every time. Dont want to have to repin them to the dashboard every day as it defeats the purpose !
