So I have a situation where I've got a report embedded on a website. I found out today that the report ID on the site is an old version of the file. I don't have control over the website itself, just the power bi side.
Is there a way to take MyReport_NEW.pbix file and publish it in a way that overwrites MyReport_OLD in the Power BI service? I want to use the report ID of MyReport_OLD, but without having to make the changes manually in the MyReport_OLD .pbix file.

Hi @Cmcmahan ,
You may open the MyReport_NEW.pbix, rename it with the MyReport_OLD, use "Publish" button in Power BI Desktop to replace the original MyReport_OLD of same workspace in Power BI Service. In this way, the report ID in embed Website won't change, and it will work as the content of new pbix file.
