Update failed

Hi,

I use Personal gateway. The source is an excel file with 3 Query to other excel files in it, all three loaded in the data model. Whatever I try , I keep getting this errors.

Please check if there's something wrong with the schedule refresh configuration and credentials.

Check if this is Ok

In power bi service: 

Datasets --> (Choose you Datasets which does not update properly) --> settings --> Gateway Connection --> Actions

and check gateway setting in manage gateway is ok.

of course if there is something wrong in privacy level settings.

Choose relevant Datasource --> Advanced Settings --> Privacy setting --> set same level (e.g. „Organizational)

The error message is not really related to the schedule refresh configuration or credentials.

I use a personal Gateway, which is active/running. Seems to be ok

For the data source credentials, i've 3 possibilities for the privacy level settings. [Blank], private & organizational. When i choose blank, it is immediately accepted. The other two keeps turning without result.

if the data source in Manage Gateways and credential in Dataset Settings for the dataset are fine.  it still has the error? If it had refreshed succeed before?
