If you use Power BI Desktop, go to query editor, click on your query and choose "Advanced Editor", then change SharePoint online url in the source code.
However, if you directly connect to SharePoint online site in Power BI Service and create report, it is not possible to change the source URL. Instead, you can connect to SharePoint online integration & Production Environments URLs in Power BI Service, then copy visuals between reports, there is a similar thread for your reference.
