Unichar triangule not showing properly in PowerBI App by a Mac browser

Hi,

one of my users in accessing a PowerBI app using a Mac. In one of the reports of the app, there is a KPI Card that uses Unichar code to display an upwards or downwards triangle... but for him, there are no triangles and instead, there is a square, like it's not recognizing the unichar code 

Has anyone experienced this issue?
I guess it's related to the mac browser, but, how can I fix it?

Have you tried other browsers to check if this issue only happend on Mac borwser?

Use a font that is present on the Mac, or that has a listed equivalent.
