@Anonymous,

Please check if the url you input is valid. In addtion, can you connect to azure blob storage in power bi desktop?

You can also refer to this blob to check if there is anything wrong with your steps: http://www.gastoncruz.com/en/2016/09/17/power-bi-azure-blob-storage/

Thanks Jimmy,

Connection to Blob Storage works.

Url I use looks like this:

https://storageaccountname.blob.core.windows.net/storageaccountname

This is the same I use to connect to Blob Storage. So do not understand why dataflows cannot connect there

I tried also providing url like that:

https://storageaccountname.blob.core.windows.net

or providing storage name:

storageaccountname

but it failed too.

Another attempt was to create dataflow by using previously generated blob SAS url

but it failed with the same error

@Anonymous,

Create a folder containing the csv files in Azure blob storage and use URL directed to the folder like: DomainUrl/Folder/

Unfortunately it is still not working retrieving the same error.

this is the url for the new folder:

https://storageaccountname.blob.core.windows.net/storageaccountname/New Directory

Account key was taken from Access keys tab
