Hello, I am having an issue signing in on the gateway I installed.
Installation is complete and successful, have generated report logs from On-premise gateway app, all seems working fine. But everytime I connect using Organizational Account or Personal Account error from the snapshot is showing and can't proceed further. Is there a way to identify what issue mean? or atleast where to check.

Could you sign out of Power BI and then sign back in again and try?
I also see that you have not selected a Data Gateway?

I purposely removed it when I pasted the image here for confidential reasons.
Yes, I already tried, when signing-in sometimes it pops out a new window and signed-out and forget the account I was using and repeat the process for sigining-in.
