Unblock and reset POWER BI admin password

we have only one admin user who forgot his password, it is blocked now and we can not reset the password. because we are not registered for a password reset.

please give help and give us the alternative steps to reset the password.

 when we are trying to reset the password from Microsoft account service form, it reset Teams password and not the POWER BI pasword. Maybe it is because the POWER  BI user is blocked ?

If you've forgotten your password, you can use the following link to request a password reset.

https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com

If you're told your account isn't set up for password reset, contact your admin. If you're using the free trial, the admin is the first person in your organization who signed up.

If you're still having issues accessing your account, you can try contacting the support team for a password reset.

All O365 services are associated with same credentials, if you are facing issue while logging to Power BI portal, would suggsted to reach out to MS support team

I'm not an office 365 administrator expert but you can talk with your Office 365 global admin to reset the Power Bi admin. In order to create a tenant you need a regular microsoft account and then you can pick up administrators, so there are usually more than one office administrator to help with this.
