Unable to view power bi report

Hi All,

While trying to view Power BI report from the access link or from Shared With Me, we get an error saying "Sorry we couldn't find the report. It may have been deleted or you may not have access to it". We have tried the following but none of it works:

1. Opening link in incognito window

2. Clearing cache

3. Trying different browsers

4. Accessing the report via link and from shared with me

The report opens for other Pro account users except this Pro account user. Any help highly appreciated.

Hi @radiare,

Could you please check below points:

1. Does this account have a Pro license?
2. Does any RLS applied for this account?
3. Is this account an external account and please check if you have switched on the function of "Share content with external users"
