Unable to select premium per capacity option when attempting to add Workspace to Premium

Hi, 

All 4 of us are Power BI admins with Pro licenses. 

2/4 admins are unable to select "premium per capacity" when trying to add a workspace to premium capacity ("premium per user" is clickable but "per capacity" & "embedded" is greyed out.  I have tried searching through the internet, but it seems no one else is having a similar problem.

It would be wonderful if someone has a fix for this.

Hey @Ineedhelppls ,

for me that sounds like 2 of the 4 are not capacity admin for the premium capacity.

Check if they are capacity admins and if they are not add them there:

Configure and manage capacities in Power BI Premium - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

Hi Denis,

I have a Pro license,  Power BI Admin role and also Capacity Admin role. Despite this, I still find the same issue that Premium Capacity and Embedded are greyed out for me. Can you help point me to the cause ?

Currently I'm an admin, may i know how to become capacity admin?
