Unable to see a shared dashboard in full window mode

I have PBI Pro license and when I share a dashboard to another PBI Pro user, the remote user can't see the option to see the dashboard in full window mode.

This feature was working fine until a week ago; now it doesn't. work.

Please help.

hello everyone,

i am not able to share my report on CRM dynamics Dashboard the system is not shoiwng me following reports as it showing in picture or is is there any specif way to save the dashboad on my workspace dashboard section

The "Enter Full Screen Mode" button is on the right-top hand of the dashboard.
