Hi All
I'm unable to remove a share from a dashboard. I found some instructions that indicated to go to the report, select Share, then access and click on the ellipse to remove the share. I do not have any ellipse based on these instructions. I'v ereduced the size of my screen in case that was an issue, however it did not show the ellipse. Any idea how to remove a share if I can't seem to access this area?

Hi @emma313823 ,
The ‘Viewer’ role in the workspace can not use the ‘Share’ feature, other roles can.
In other words, if you don’t want some members of the workspace to see the ‘Share’ button, you can set them to ‘Viewer’.
Best regards,
Lionel Chen

Hi there
It would look like the role you have in the App Workspace does not have the permissions to remove the share.
If you could check your role with the App Workspace Admin?
Also you can go into the dataset, then click on Manage permissions
And see if you can remove the Share from the desired user
