I see there is a publish bug but is anyone else having a refresh issue this morning? I had updated the desktop and gateway yesterday and now I cannot refresh my data. It times out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the gateway and also power cycled my computer. Edit credentials is greyed out and manage gateways has not effect.

I heard back from Microsoft support and they said:
"So you are aware, there was an issue this morning for select regions involving connecting with the gateway to the service. This was resolved around 12:00 PM Central."
At 1 PM Central, I am with a client explaining to him why the Gateway isn't working. He asks me to show it to him so he can create a support ticket with Microsoft so I show it to him. The first time, we can't get to the Manage Gateway page so he starts writing the ticket. A few minutes later, for kicks and giggles, I try again, and it works! All that did was get a bunch of client IT guys to make snide comments about Microsoft. (They're a bunch of SAP lovers over there.)
