Unable to receive subscribed report on email

Hi everyone

I'm having an issue where I'm unable to receive my subscribed reports. I have tried multiple times to log-out and login as the error suggests but to no avail. 

I cant understand what to do next. Please help. Thank you

The error while creating the subscription was: AdalGrantHasExpiredDueToPasswordChangeErrorCode Subscription Daily Claims Report will not successfully complete as you’ll need to re-authenticate to enable all your scheduled subscriptions. To do this, logout of the Power BI service through the web browser, and then log back in to the Power BI service. This will enable your subscription(s) to run again successfully

Try to delete and re-create the subscription schedules.
