we have currently configured alerts on the Dashboard tile section of Power BI service based on a given condition.
Though we are seeing the Notifications as shown in the attached image. we are unable to receive any email alerts sent automatically to our inbox. Can you please help us fix this. Also we are receiving other mails i.e., whenever the access is provided to a dashboard or added to a workspace

I can receive the mail alert from Power BI Service as below. Please check if you’ve managed alerts and selected “Send me mail”.
Maybe you can also add powerbi.com as safe recipients in your mailbox.

Thanks Herbert. we have already enabled the send mail option and we are receiving other mails from Power BI site except this alert. Anything else we need to check.

There should be no other settings need to be configured. Have you also receive other mails from no-reply@powerbi.com before?
