Hi,
Since no one is responding to my question about when the OneDrive refresh issue will be fixed and the guidance on the support page vanished, I'm trying to file a support ticket.
I'm on Power BI pro trial and when I click to submit a ticket it tells me I have to have a Pro license. I then follow the prompts and it tells me I already have a Pro license and directs me back to the support landing page. It is an endless loop.
Someone please respond! My dashes have been down for about a week, all guidance related to this issue is gone, no one responds to my forum posts and I cannot file a support ticket.
I am this ' ' close to dropping Power BI altogether and adopting a different BI serive. A week + with no client access to my dashes and no help from anyone is unacceptable.
HI @kbl1726,
Actually, only pro or adobe licensing can submit support ticket free, pro trial not include.

I think this issue may related to compatibility of pro license and pro trial license which I can't find an effective solutions to solve it.
Maybe you can try to contact to your tenant admin and ask him to submit with pro license.
In addition, onedrive refresh issue is a submitted known issue , I'm not so sure why it disappeared from support page, but I think power bi team still working on it.
BTW, you can also share some detail contents here and I will try to upload it to that ticket for further support.
