Unable to open report or edit anything on dataset after uploading from power bi desktop

Me and a coworker were trying to create a simple table report and format it in Power BI so that it look nice when its embedded in a SharePoint Site Page so it could be used internally. They have Power BI Pro and the datasets/reports are viewable when its opened up in desktop but once it gets uploaded and/or published the report becomes unresponsive and doesn't even try to open in their workspace.

I wish I had an error or some screen I could screenshot to help but since it was unresponsive when we tried publishing, uploading, rebuilding the file then publishing or uploading again, and even tried making the report in the workspace and even that was left unresponsive.

What happens if you had to try this connecting via another network?

Or if you could also try another internet browser and see if that works?
