Unable to open custom apps after visiting workspaces/reports

Hi

I am working on a project whereby we are moving away from workspaces, reports and dashboards and are adopting Apps as a way of servicing reports to end-users. I've come across a specific problem that tars the experience of an end-user and was wondering if this is something Microsoft are aware of. I will present two scenarios in more detail which will hopefully explain my problem.

Scenario where the above issue does not occur:

1. Start a new session and log into Power BI service using usual credentials.
2. Navigate into the App section. 
3. Click on any custom-built app.
4. App opens. 

Scenario where the above issue does occur:

1. Start a new session and log into Power BI service using usual credentials.
2. Navigate into the Workspace section.
3. Open any workspace and/or report.
4. Navigate into the App section.
5. Click on any custom-built app.
6. Nothing happens. 
7. Refresh the session and click on any custom-built app.
8. App opens.

Now it may not seem as a big issue, but when it's a case of several hundred end-users, this becomes rather poor experience that detriments our roll-out. 

Is this something you're aware of; are able to resolve?

We are confirming if it is an actual limitation or issue. We will update result here if we get the answer.

We recently started to experience this as well (last couple weeks).  It wasn't happening before that.  I don't think it necessarily relates to being in a workspace beforehand as it happened to a user who doesn't access workspaces.

We are prepping for a rollout to 18,000 in a month so I hope it gets resolved soon!
