Unable to load the model

Hi, I have published an app in Power BI. The entire organization has access to the app.

The report in the app uses a SSAS live connection. The SSAS has a role for the Sales people, to filter the data, and the Sales people are set as "viewers" in the app's workspace.

The On-premises Data Gateaway is running properly for the SSAS server and Power BI Service, and some sales people can see the report correctly with the right filters from the role, but other sales people get the following message:

All sales people have the Pro license.

I have admin access to the workspace and the data so I see the report works fine, but I can't impersonate a sales person in Power BI Service because it uses RLS from an SSAS live connection. I have impersonated the users in the SSAS cube (not Power BI Service) and I can see the data that is shown in the report. How can some people get this error and some people see the report normally? Is it a Power BI issue?

It seems that the sales people that recently arrived to the company are the ones who don't see the report but they are added as members in the Role group and as viewers in Power BI App and have the Power BI Pro license.

I solved this issue by deleting the report and dataset from the app and publishing it to the workspace again.
