Unable to load Model "Batch was cancelled"

Going to datamart to view the model so I can edit the column formats and setup display folders.  I can see the data tables but get this  error when I click on Model

I was able to get open a few days ago and have retried several times.

I would log a support ticket as this is something only they can assist with. Especially since it has been a few days and still no luck!
